When creating our tomato pesto we let the taste do the talking and kept things simple—the pesto is made with only two main ingredients: sun-dried tomatoes and baby peppers. This brings about a very full flavour—simple, yet intense. Dip your pita bread in it, use it in rice dishes, or use it as intended—on pasta.
